1. What’s the return policy?

  • Returns: You've got 7 days to return your goodies (if you're outside the country, you get 14 days). Send us an email and we can chat you though it.
  • Full-priced items = Online credit note only (yay for future shopping!).
  • Sale & Final Sale items = Nope, no returns or exchanges for those.
  • Seasonal Subscription Dresses = Made-to-order, final sale, no returns or exchanges, and credit notes can’t be used to buy these beauties.

2. What if I need an exchange?

  • No worries! If you need an exchange, just send us an email and we’ll chat through the details. We’ll happily pop your new item aside while you send the original one back to us. Easy peasy!

3. Can I get a refund for my return?

  • We’re all about fairness, so refunds are only available for faulty items. If that happens, we'll sort you out ASAP.

6. What if my item is faulty?

  • Oh no! If your item is faulty, just reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer!

7. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we do! We’re all about global love. Just keep in mind that international orders may be subject to local charges.

9. How can I best care for my garment?

  • We want your pieces to stick around for the long haul, so give them a little love. Natural fibres don’t need a wash after every wear—it’s better for the planet and your garment. When it’s time for a clean, always reach for a neutral pH detergent, shade dry, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Easy, right?

10. What form of payments do you accept?

We accept the below payment methods on our site:

  • Pay Later: PayPal Pay In 4, AfterPay
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and ShopPay 
  • Little Tienda Gift and E-Gift Voucher 

11. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • If you want to change postage details of your order please email hola@littletienda.com.au with your order number as soon as possible and we will try to help.

  • Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders or make changes once they’re processed. 

12. What fabrics do you use?

  • At Little Tienda, we choose natural fibres because they are not only better for the environment but also for your skin. Natural materials like cotton, linen, and wool are breathable, durable, and biodegradable, making them the perfect choice for creating clothing that’s both sustainable and comfortable. By using natural fibres, we reduce our ecological footprint and ensure that each piece is kind to the planet and designed to last for years to come.
